Send your customers a clear picture of what they owe. The new Statements tab on the Receivables Dashboard builds an open-item or account activity statement for any customer, ready to download as a PDF or CSV, or print.

Parcel Viewer
Look up parcels on an interactive map without leaving Title Forge. Search by owner, address, subdivision, block, lot, or parcel number, see adjoining parcels and their owners with same-owner matches highlighted, view aerial imagery, and print a parcel report. Now available for Horry County, SC and Oklahoma County, OK, with more counties on the way.

OFAC Screening
Buyers and sellers are screened against the OFAC sanctions list automatically for the products you choose. Each name's result appears on the order's Overview, new matches are flagged as the list updates, and a screening report can be saved to the order's documents as a PDF.

Automated Chain of Title Validation
Title Forge now walks the chain for you. Each conveyance is linked grantor to grantee, and breaks, out-of-sequence recordings, and name mismatches are flagged right on the entry with a note on the likely cause. Common name variations like nicknames and a/k/a aliases are recognized, and you're reminded of any open warnings before you publish.

Vendor Analytics and Reports
See how your vendors perform. Vendor Analytics grades each vendor on on-time delivery, turnaround, and cancellations, and Vendor Reports lets you filter assignments and export them as a PDF or CSV. Sample vendor data lets you explore it before your own history builds up.
