Automated Chain of Title Validation
PlannedLet Title Forge walk the chain for you. As documents come into an order, the platform will link each conveyance grantor to grantee and flag anything that breaks the chain, from gaps and name variations to out-of-sequence recordings, so your examiners start from a verified chain instead of building one by hand.
